Company history

Scroll was founded in 2004 and has grown from a small content provider to an established digital content services agency.

Scroll’s network of associates

Scroll has built a talent pool of over 250 associates, or ‘Scrollies’. We assess all Scrollies for the quality of their skills, the relevance of their experience and for  security clearance. We then match them carefully with appropriate assignments.

Each person has been trained in a common methodology so you can be sure you’re getting a high-quality Scroll service.

Generally, 50 to 75 Scrollies are engaged in projects at any one time. Many are based in London, but we have Scrollies working in other parts of the UK and can accommodate most regions as well as countries outside the UK.

We’re experienced in providing and running remote teams of contractors. This is useful if you need to scale up a project and can’t accommodate big teams on-site.

Scroll’s central team

Scroll has a large team of employees who have worked with us for many years and are experienced in project and account management. Many also have content design and content strategy skills and experience, which gives an excellent insight into your project needs.

Scroll’s management

Hetty Meyric Hughes is Scroll’s founder and director.

Hetty oversees Scroll’s associates and accounts, ensuring a consistent service across all activities and clients.

She develops the skills and capabilities across the company to enable all team members to apply Scroll’s ethos and methodologies (and avoid reinventing the wheel).

Hetty is supported by employees in the Scroll central team with expertise in:

  • quality assurance: assessing new Scrollies and supporting existing ones to ensure we meet the highest possible standards of quality
