How to procure Scroll’s services

Government buyers who need content services can procure us through the Digital Marketplace.

We can also provide content support by pairing up with other suppliers, for example in multi-disciplinary teams.

We sometimes bid jointly with other consultancies who are our trusted partners, in order to offer a consortium. This means can provide the best of all the digital services you need for a particular project under a single contract, for example via DOS2 (Digital Outcomes and Specialists) or other more specialist frameworks.

Other procurement frameworks we use

We’re also on a number of other frameworks, so if you’re in any of these organisations your procurement team will be able to confirm the process you need to follow:

  • Defra
  • Skills Funding Agency (SFA)
  • Transport for London
  • Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
  • Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA)
  • Contingent Labour 1

Buyers for whom we are approved suppliers

Buyers outside government for whom we are already approved suppliers include:

  • University College London
  • University of Manchester
  • University of Southampton
  • University of Oxford
  • Barclaycard
  • DigitasLBi
  • Sapient
  • Sony Europe

Contracts and security clearance

If you want us to join your list of approved suppliers we can provide the necessary paperwork quickly, as we have a member of the Scroll team dedicated to contracts and security clearance.

We routinely clear Scrollies to BPSS standard for government projects; we can also comply quickly with any other vetting you may require from us.
